HealthWeb® StatusLinkTM combines QicLink™, the leading software engine for benefits administrators, with the HealthWeb e-business platform to deliver online access to benefits information. This Internet-based product helps users perform routine queries regarding benefits verification, eligibility and claims status via a private-labeled Web site. Users can easily access relevant information about patients' benefits coverage and check the status of pending reimbursements.
Healthcare payers such as third party administrators, insurance companies and health maintenance organizations can quickly and efficiently have their inquiries addressed via HealthWeb StatusLink. Employers or plan sponsors can access claim status and benefits coverage information on behalf of their enrollee members. Users need only an Internet connection and Web browser-there is no software to deploy.
For organizations that use the QicLink system via a connection to the TriZetto Customer Connectivity Center, HealthWeb StatusLink can be provided on a hosted basis. The software is also available on a licensed basis.
